Q: How do I book?
You can send a DM on Instagram, Facebook, Text, or email to schedule your picnic.
Q: How much notice do you need to create a picnic?
The more notice you can give the better!
We do get booked especially on weekends.
Q: Can we leave whenever we want?
If you would like to leave earlier than arranged time, Please provide us a 30 min notice via phone call or text. You are responsible for the picnic items until we are able to return and pick up.
Q: What is the cancellation policy?
We don't offer any refunds but we can change your reservation time if we have availability with a 72-hour notice
Q: What happens if there is bad weather?
We can set up the picnic at an indoor location or reschedule your booking. There is no cancellation charge for rescheduling your picnic due to bad weather.
Q: Can I bring my own food and drinks?
You are more than welcome to bring your own food and drinks.
Q: How will we find the picnic at the park?
We always look for the best spot in the park! Once we start setting up, we will text you a pin of the exact location of your picnic.
